We start with an in person consultation on site. Here, we talk about your goals, timeline, scope, and budget.
After our consult, we walk our tradesmen through the property so each team member can see the site and help us create the most accurate price and scope for your estimate.
Once the estimate is done, we sit down with you in person to go through the entire proposal so you understand every detail and know the 'why' behind every choice. After that, we sign the paperwork and start on your project.
